Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Creating lasting relationships with our customers is very important to us.
Our items are returnable. We require that returned items and their packaging remain in their original factory condition.
If you are thinking of doing an exchange, we treat it as a new order, so you would be refunded once we receive your return and the new order, we can help you with or you can place the new order online. As long as the item(s) are still in the original factory condition we will be glad to make the exchange.
Factory condition includes the following description.
- Item remains in brand new condition.
- All original tags must be included and attached.
- Item cannot have any fragrances: (examples: cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.).
- Item cannot have any hair spray, gel, or other products applied.
- Original packaging must be included.
Please note: If we receive an item that does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to send the item back to you and charge you $10.00 for the return shipping & handling.
Each item exchanged / returned will have a 15% restocking fee per item, with a $10.00 minimum
Please contact us via phone or email within 7 days to let us know about your exchange / return.
Please include the following in your return package.
- Your piece with the original box and / or packaging.
- A copy of your invoice.
- A note stating the reason for your exchange / return.

* Due to the nature of Accessory Items, they are considered final sale, and cannot be returned.
Helpful Hints to make the process smooth:
* First, the item must be in brand new condition including the wig box and/or other packaging.
* Second, the Wig Tags are factory attached. Leave them in place while you try on your new item.
* Third, fibers can easily pick-up odors including but not limited to perfume or smoke. Keep the item in its original box as much as possible.
* Fourth, don’t alter the bangs, add spray, add gel or make other alterations until you are sure about your purchase.
* Fifth, include your packing slip which includes all the information we will need to process your return.
* Finally, take your time - up to 30 days. But remember, it must be in Brand New Unworn Factory condition.
Very Important: A 15% ($10.00 minimum) restocking fee per item will be charged to cover inspection and other miscellaneous costs to ensure items are in perfect condition.
To begin your return, please click the button below to access our Returns Portal where you will be able to generate a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Order Policy
We are open for business Monday through Friday (except holidays) 8:00AM-5:00PM CT
Make sure to double check the information you have entered before you check out such as:
- Your name as it appears on the card
- The Billing address on file with your card issuer.
- Card number
- Card expiration date.
- Card Verification (CID) Number
Note: Credit Cards are pending upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will void the amount to be released back to the card.
Your order can be delayed if you leave a note in the comment box like 'no signature required' or 'leave it on the doorstep/garage if no one is home' or 'leave it with our neighbor if no one's home'. We do not put those memos on the shipping label.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items cancelled after an item has been ordered. This usually occurs after the manufacturer has pulled the item from their warehouse and boxed it up for shipping. If we can stop the order before that no fees will apply.
All orders will be processed at 8:00 AM CT
If you order before 8:00 AM CT, we will start processing the same day.
If you order after 8:00 AM CT, we will start processing the following business day.
Orders can be canceled or changed without cancellation fee before its processing time.
Orders can be canceled or changed with Cancellation Fee of $10.00 or 15% (whichever is greater) if you contact us after its processing time.
All shipped out orders cannot be canceled. You have to receive it first and get the Return Order Number (ROA) from us in order to return it back to us (Our standard return policy will be applied). If you refuse the package, the returned shipping cost (return to shipper fee) will be automatically deducted from the amount from the item returned.

Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery type selected, weight of the products, the destination and the number of items in your shopping basket. After you enter all the required information in your shopping basket, our system will automatically calculate shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be calculated.
If you would like your order to start processing on the same day you place your order, then orders should be placed by 8:00AM CT. Otherwise, the order will not start processing until the following business day. Any order placed on the weekend, or on a holiday, will be processed the next business day on the calendar.
"Estimated delivery dates" include order processing time plus transit time & does not include Holidays.
